Two Callings, Sharpened Into One.
Samaria Ventures didn't begin with a business plan — it began with two women answering a call they didn't fully understand yet.
Alexis Sams and Monique Hughes-Armstrong each carried their own assignment: a vision for equipping women through business formation, and a heart for personal transformation and visibility. Alone, either calling could have stood on its own. Together, they became something sharper.
That's the verse that anchors this partnership. Samaria Ventures was forged in the space between two women who chose to build in obedience rather than certainty — trusting that God doesn't call the equipped, He equips the called, and He rarely calls us to build alone.
What started as two separate assignments became one program and one community: a place for women to answer their own unexpected calling, transitioning from business idea to legally established business, supported by the same kind of sharpening that brought Samaria Ventures to life in the first place.
Most business coaching assumes the woman already knows what she's building and why. This program starts before that — with identity, formation, and hearing God's voice.
